Cancelation Policy

All training event bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation of training / assessment within 7 days of course commencement date or failure to attend / complete training will result in no refund being given

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that places booked are filled, (this applies where the original candidates cannot attend within the 7 day course commencement period).

Rebooking events / Re-tests may be subject to an admin charge.

Adb Safety and Training Ltd may on discretion reserve the right to offer an alternative course at a reduced rate or change the conditions on a case by case basis.

Please be mindful, cancellation of events with limited notice, has a negative effect on running the business
